The Living Tribunal

He only answers directly the Marvel's big man himself, the One-Above-All,The Living Tribunal is an entity that oversees and maintains balance in the realities that constitute the Marvel Comics Multiverse including the mainstream Marvel Universe and all alternate universes that branched from there. He serves as a judge and overseer of all these realities.

Powers and Abilities

Ranking as the 7th most powerful being in the Marvel Universe, if we don't count the One-Above-All, the Fulcrum (who is thought to be just another side or is actually a part of the One-Above-All), Tiamut, the dreaming celestial, The Beyonder, Owen Reece and Scathan the Approver.

The Living Tribunal is pretty much the most powerful entity in the Marvel Universe serving as its balancer and overseer,  we can say that he is pretty much powered-up to take on almost anyone on and everyone in it!
