The Presence
This is to tie-in the Abrahamic version of God in the DC universe, basically, the Presence if the equivalent of God within the DC Universe. The Presence is sometimes referred to various names such as the the Voice, the Hand, the Source, the Metaverse and so on, but it all refers to the the Presence.
Powers and Abilities
The Presence is the incarnation of the Abrahamic God in the DC Universe.
The Presence has the ability to empower various angels, including the Spectre, Eclipso, and Michael Demiurgos. The Presence could resurrect the dead.When the fallen angel Asmodel invaded the Silver City in an attempt to destroy the Presence, it was stated that the Presence is everywhere and cannot be destroyed as noted by the author.
